The typical home assessment takes about an hour. We'll do a thorough walk-through and talk about:  

• problems, challenges, and goals with the area, 
• your timeframe, deadline and budget,
• how you feel about getting rid of clutter, and 

• your goals for the area.

After listening to you during the assessment we:

• propose solutions,
• estimate the time needed to complete the project,
• talk about homework you can do in between project days to save money, 
• give you the total cost, and
• schedule the project day(s).

Step 3. Project Day(s)

• break down the project into workable pieces;
• work together every step of the way; 
  
• recycle, donate, and toss unneeded items;
• discuss any items to sell on eBay; and
• work quickly and efficiently to complete the project.
